Crossfit WOD Tuesday

Rest Day #2  went well. Tonight I had my Tribe try "The Chief" WOD. They started off in pourig down rain. This WOD looked really fun.

AMRAP in 3 minutes, 1 minute rest, 5 rounds
3 power clean (135/95)
6 push ups
9 air squats
I couldnt resist and did a few power cleans at the mens rx. for good measure. I havent tried a 1 rep max clean in a long time..my current PR is 145lbs. That 135lb bar didnt seem very heavy. I suspect I can set a new PR.
