Crossfit WOD Tuesday "Lory"

I've had the pleasure of working out with Lory for over a year.  She is one of the nicest women I know. She is always smiling and encouraging to those around her and is a bad ass on double unders!! (photo).

I finally ripped my hands on pull ups (boo) but my double unders are getting better and better (yay!). By the way, the cartwheels were AWESOME!
