I subbed out burpees for rowing and jumped on a 24" box (rx is 20"). I did elite wmn push press and SDLHP @ 55lbs. Elite wmn wall ball 14lbs. I focused more on matching reps each round vs going "all out". I've only got a few ALL OUTS in me and I dont want to spend them on a practice run.
My Score: 288 (woot!)
Most of you that know me are aware that FGB is the only CF WOD that I truely detest! This will be my final year to particpate. I look forward to getting it done one last time and then putting it behind me for good!
