Rest Day # 3 ..Well sort of

OK, I know I'm supposed to be resting and I am really not doing much of anything. That 1 arm snatch was just playing around after the Tribe's WOD tonight. I also decided to play around with the barbells a little bit more and easily deadlifted 245 lbs my PR is 260..but whatever it was still just goofing around having fun. I also did a 1 rep clean and jerk of 145lbs without a whole lot of straining which is = to my PR so I'm definately a lot stronger than I was at the beginning of the summer.The Tribe did one of my favorites tonight ("DT"). I'll post a clip of them with me offering up a few pointers since I'm officially "resting". They are all great people that I have the pleasure of exercising with pretty much all week and weekend year round. It makes staying consistently fit and healthy a WHOLE LOT easier hanging with these folks.Oh yeah we now have an 18 y/o that plans to join the Austin Fire Dept. in the future who has been coming out to "get some" too....my Tribe is AWESOME!
