Warm Up
8 x sandbag front squats
8 x push ups
4 x one arm sit ups
400 meter run

WOD
Work Capacity
12 rounds or 40 minutes which ever comes first
4x sandbag burpees (60 lb bag)
8x walking lunges
8x plank walk ups
4x one arm KB swings
400 meter run

I barely finished this one. I'm still not feeling quite right. Hoping some labwork will shed light on the situation... On a good note , I got to meet Rob Shaul. He is super nice!
