100 yard run
20 air squats
20 stationary lunges
10 jumping air squats
10 jumping switch lunges

Note: I ran barefoot up and down the football field for each round and tried not to rest too much in transition. I decided I didnt care about my time, I just enjoyed the great weather and the feel of the grass between my toes.
