Bonita's Tribe WOD Wednesday

Just another day in burpee Hell. Stephen was the only one who came out to do this one with me so I decided that we would do it together as a team.

For Time:
1 mile run (4 laps)
100 burpees
1 mile run (4 laps)
Our time: 33:58

We ran each mile unbroken and did our burpees in groups of 10 so it didnt seem so daunting. Before we knew it, we were done!
Prior to this WOD, I had been on my road bike over on the steep hill on Far West and blew out my front tire on the descent and almost crashed BIG TIME. My legs were like noodles from the adrenaline rush. I had a spare and changed my tire so that I could ride back to my truck in time to do the WOD. Im glad my years of biking kicked in even though I havent been riding regularly in years (whew!).
