I met Stephen, Jennifer, and Lory for Crossfit WOD #2. This one was as hard as it was fun because we did it in teams of 2. Only one teammate could be knocking out reps at a time and the team had to finish the required number of reps before moving on to the next movement. The runs had to be done together.
Stephen and I were a team
For Time:
400 meter run
50 pull ups (we took turns getting these done)
100 double tire box jumps (we each did 50. They are about 32" tall)
50 burpees (we took turns on these too)
400 meter run
100 KB swings (we each did 50 using a 35lb KB)
50 tire flips (we each did 25 -- a PR for me!)
100 double unders (Stephen did most of these because he is REALLY good!)
