The photo above is what I felt like after this one.... I'm the mouse thats getting pinned to the turf by the other one (Stephen). Stephen has really stepped up his game over the summer and it showed in the WOD he created.

I finally got the rhythm of double unders by the second round of 100 and started cranking them out!!!!!!
