Crossfit WOD Tuesday

Today I decided to get a little crazy (I know some of you are surprised)..and do FRAN in reverse.

thrusters (I did 10lbs above wmns rx @ 75lbs)
My time: 6:27

This WOD just freakin' hurts no matter what. Doing it in reverse was a mental "show stopper.My first and last Fran, I finished in about 5:25 with a 65# bar..maybe I did slightly better going in reverse with a 75# bar. If your up for kicking your own ass...give it a try in reverse and see if your time is better or worse!
