I did tonight's workout in a parking garage close to my house to avoid the rain which turned out to be a good thing. I made up this WOD and it was super hard!
3 rounds for time
10 DB or KB clean and press (5 each arm, i used 20lb DB)
15 wall ball (I used 20lb med ball)
20 DB or KB swings (I used 20lb DB)
25 med ball cleans (I used 20lb med ball)
400 meter sprint (up hill in the parking garge and then back down)
My time: 16:50
I'm going to taper down tomorrow and Weds and then take Thursday and Friday completely off so I can rest for Fight Gone Bad V
