I worked out with my Tribe in our secret location since the rain continues. Stephen has helped me with my double unders and tonight I did 15 in a row!

50 KB swings (I used 20lb DB--sore shoulders)
50 Ab mat sit ups
150 meter sprint

Bonus:
75 meter sprints with 1 minute rest in between. (100%,75%,85%,100%)
