Since it was pouring rain, I decided to head to the "bad weather" location to do a workout with my Tribe on the fly. I had planned for us to do "Griff" at Austin High (grrr). What I came up with was a workout using my new 30lb Bulgarian sandbag that I made this weekend. This thing rocks!!!

15 minute AMRAP
Run down and then back up 2 levels of the parking garage with the sandbag while your partner does double unders. The team with the most rounds + double unders wins!
We completed 9 rounds and 604 double unders, but ended up losing by 2 doulbe unders.
