100 ft. bear crawl
100 ft. broad jumps, every 5th broad jump do 3 burpees

This thing was a leg killer and much harder than it looks on paper. My legs were screaming during the bear crawls. Rx requires a 20lb vest (ouch!). I'm still sore from Sunday's event.
