I totally forgot this was my scheduled rest day...oh well I guess I'll take tomorrow off!

WOD
5 rounds
5 broad jumps
10 burpees
15 walking lunges
20 air squats
25 sit ups
My Time: 14:40

I also went on a 5k cool down run with one of my Tribe members "Sarah" who has been Crossfitting  with us for the last 3 months and lost a total of 80 lbs over the last year. She is awesome! Her first cool down 5k time: 33:35!
