This was a great strength workout. Deadhang pull ups are killers since you cannot "kip". My handstand push ups were pretty good..touched my head to an AB mat. I haven't done HSPU in a long time and wasnt sure if I'd be strong enough to do them all the way to the ground. My double unders were broken into 10s and 5s...I have to remember to breathe!
