Crossit WOD Monday

5 rounds
20 wall ball
20 med ball cleans
40 OH walking med ball lunges
I switched off each round using either the 15 or 20lb med ball.
My Time: 32:46 (PR!..last time 33:37)
This WOD was miserable to say the least....just as miserable as the last time I did it (May 5 2010).
