Monday's WOD

I did tonight's workout solo and decided to pull out an old school Crossfit WOD from the archives and go for it. It's recommended to use the same load for the whole thing. You can't set the barbell down or re-grip during the set or its considered a foul. You are allowed to rest in between each set like the Crossfit WOD " Bear Complex". I decided each foul required a payment of 2 man makers with 20lb DBs to motivate me to use the proper amount of weight to go unbroken using good form.

Clean and Jerks

This is what I did since I had no clue what weight to use:
15 x 65lbs
12 x 75lbs
 9 x 95 lbs
My time: 4:01

I decided to load 3 barbells and go for it increasing the weight each set hoping to hang on thru the last set. My forearms wanted to explode on rep#5 @ 95lbs but I hung on and finished the last 4 reps. No fouls and no re-grips (tee hee).
