Wednesday's WOD

power clean
"Team DT"
10 rounds of:
12 deadlifts
 9 power cleanss
 6 push jerks
Time: 18:12

Annie and I did this one with a 75lb bar working on form and unbroken power cleans and push jerks. We each did a round while the other rested. Our forearms and grip became an issue as we went along. This WOD is super fun with a teammate.. you can load heavy or load to go unbroken. Your choice!

I did my cash out at home with my daily dose of sit-ups.It took me a while to knock out 300, but Im going to sleep like a baby tonight. Whew!

My weightlifting shoes should arrive any day.... I can't wait to put them on!!!!
