30 clean and jerks (6x5)
45 burpees (6x5, 15x1)

I did 10 clean and jerks @ 85lbs, 10@ 95lbs, and 10 @135lbs. Those 135lb'ers were hard as Hell. I had a couple that were marginal, but overall this workout was a blast. I decided to break it up so that I could focus on form while keeping my heart rate a up by doing 5 burpees in between. This was the second time to were my IRONEVE weightlifting shoes. They are super comfortable and really helped my lifts.
