Run 1 mile
30 barbell thrusters (6x5)
30 pull ups (1x5 Jeremy complex pull up, 1x10 Tarzan pull ups, 1x 15 Kipping pull ups
My Time: 18:25
Did 2 rounds of thrusters @65lb and the rest @85lbs. The pull up variations were awesome. I especially liked the Tarzan pull ups.
