Reaching Higher Levels of Mental/Physical Fitness

I accept the situation I'm in and figure out how to use it in a positive way.


I consider the "impossible" "possible" and strive for it.


I figure out how to use all of my life's  experiences
to my advantage and, in doing that find, peace and balance within my soul.


To receive respect for my accomplishments, I respect
others accomplishments equally and with humility.

I strive to be a happy and content person in ALL
areas of my life and not just one.
