Saturday's WOD - Atomic Athlete

WOD#1
Warm Up
3 rounds
run the spiral path to the top of the lookout hill at Butler Park
mini leg blaster - 10 squats, 10 lunges, 5 jumping lunges, 5 jumping squats
8 push ups
jog straight down the hill (vs taking the path)
HUG stretch

WOD#2
10 rounds
30 sec on, 30 sec off
max burpees
Note: I did 9 burpees each round

WOD#3
10 min AMRAP
sprint up the hill to the bench (lookout hill at Butlet Park)
4 box jumps through round 5, then drop to 2
jog back down
4 sit ups
Total rounds completed : 9

WOD#4
4 rounds
10 x good mornings
10 x toes to sky
10 x Russian twists
30 second plank hold each side

It was MUGGY which made the air thick and hard to breathe. Great workout!
