Wednesday - Atomic Workout

OK. I'm pretty wiped out this evening after the workout. In fact , I almost didnt go because of being "tired", "having one of those days", "not feeling it". I can't tell you how difficult discipline can be when I'm having days like this. I am very successful in my career, that being said, it comes with a price. Emergency medicine clinical reseach is extremely demanding and I was put to the test, once again, on Sunday night having to drive to our Bryan site in the middle of the night to assist enrolling a subject after being awake since 0700 the previous day. In less than 24 hours, I had to make my regularly scheduled trip to conduct several QA audits. Two trips in 3 days that are about a 2 hour drive each way.
I had to make the decision and assess whether I needed a rest day or to stop being a whiney baby and go to Atomic and train. I can't pick and choose to workout out based only on feeling extremely rested, etc. Life doesnt work that way. I figure as long as my decision to workout out in these conditions is not harmful to my body in a self punishment way, I need to just fucking do it and stop feeling sorry for myself.
... anyway this is what we did.
