9 rounds
11 pull ups (all Kipping)
11 sandbag get ups (60lb bag, thru round 4)
11 sandbag squats (60lb bag, round 5-9)
11 clean and jerk @ 75lbs
11 tire jumps + 1 = 100 (double stack, 32inches)
11 weighted sit ups (25lb KB)
Time: 1:05:20 (included stopping to take some pics of the workout).
I did an extra rep of each movement to make a full 100 reps with the exception of the sandbag get ups. By majority vote, we switched to sandbag squats for rounds 5-9. This was a good motivator to keep going. 44 sandbag get ups is not small feat and the 40 squats with the same bag was a quad smoker! I had not done Kipping pull ups in months becasue we dont do them at Atomic, and to my surprise NO RIPS! woo hoo. This workout was very hard for a reason, and Im glad I as able to finish it!
