5x Clean Grip Snatch from Hang (went up to 85lbs)
3x Deck Squats (15lb med ball)
Peanut
2) 6 rounds
5x Bulgarian Split Squat (each side) (went up to two 35lb KBs)
3x Jump Squats
3 x Ultimate Shoulder Stretch (see photo above)
3) 6 rounds
5x Military Press (went up to 100lbs rd. 4 x 3 reps)
5x Deadhang Pullups
