Worked out with the boys tonight. It was fun and hard. Tod explained that each week we will repeat the 1 rep max/Supersquat WOD. Last week my upper body collapsed at 225 identifying my core weekness. This week he held me at 225lbs and my torso collapsed slightly. He explained that we are not trying to go up on my 1 rep max each week..only the supersquat (65% + 5 lbs). The work cap was a killer!
