(DBs: 25-25-30-35-50-50)
15 ft. rope climb (no legs)
15 x hip flexor side kicks

WOD#4
6 rounds
5 x Bulgarian split squats (each leg)
30 meter tire drag (sprint)
3 x mantis stretch

Had a real hectic day at work and I needed this one! I'll be feeling it tomorrow. Those 50lb DBs looked like some thing the "Flintstones" would use! I was able to do two rounds of Scotty Bobs with them. Fuck Yeah!
