Today I was joined by Stephen, Aaron, Jon, Annie, Lory, James, and Davion. This WOD was another killer that I found on "Crossfit Weapons Training Batallion" website
Pick 4 burpee varations and do them in a rep scheme of 21-15-9 (21 of each, 15 of each, and then 9 of each).
Burpee variations:
burpee body blasters (burepee + pull up + knees to elbows)
burpee box jumps (burpee + box jump or tire jump)
Belushi burpees (burpee+ 180 degree jump turn)
burpee jacks (jumping jack + burpee - while in push up position kick legs out and in)
burpee bombers (burpee + med ball clean + wall ball)

Burpee box jumps (I jumped on double stacked tires which are ab out 30")
Belushi burpees
Burpee bombers (I used 15 and 12lb med balls)

The heat was a killer this morning and all of us suffered. Great job today for everyone who dared take this one on. I'm investing in a water cooler for future WODs because it's just too damn hot and I don't want to lose any Tribe members in the Texas heat including myself!
