Crossfit Tribe Saturday Morning Breakfast Club WOD - Record Turn Out!

I had a record turn out today for the Saturday Tribe WOD. I estimate we were a group of 14 (I think). I am terrible with names until I've met a person multiple times so please forgive me if your name is not in this post. The short list - James#1, James #2, Stephen, Paul, Jon, Mark, Aaron, Christopher, Jennifer, Annie, Lory, a guy with Longhorn shorts, a young man who came with Mark and me! (WOOT!). We decided to tackle this WOD by splitting the group in half. 1/2 the Tribe would start from the bottom of the WOD list and work their way up while the other half 1/2 would start at the top and work their way down so that we could share the equipment. It worked out perfectly!

For Time:
800 meter run
25 burpees
15 SDLHP (wmns rx 65lbs)
800 meter run
25 pull ups
400 meter run
100 doulbe unders (I did 50 double unders+100 single rope jumps)
My time: 19:49

Stephen was impressive with his double unders to such a degree that people were standing around him cheering. All in all a FABULOUS WOD with a group of new Tribe members!
