"Running Grace"
15 clean and jerk (95lbs)
200 yard run
10 clean and jerk (95lbs)
100 yard run
 5 clean and jerk (105lb)
 50 yard run
My Time: 6:10
I liked this one more than the version of Grace we did yesterday. I went up the last 5 reps to 105lbs and focused on good form.

Rest day tomorrow!
