You probably recognize the first movement "30 clean and jerks" as the Crossfit benchmark "Grace". I decided to record both my finishing time for "Grace" and then my "total time" adding in the 45 burpees. It was a great workout. I knocked out my first 15 clean and jerks 5-5-5, then had to break up the second set of 15 into 2-2-1, 2-2-1, 1-1-1-1-1. I took just enough time to recover to lift with good form. I knocked out my 45 burpees unbroken. I've been doing a LOT of burpees and it pays off with WODs like this.
