Due to the torrential downpour, I had to relocate to a local parking garage for a "creative" WOD. The nice thing about Crossfit is that you can always make something up at the last minute. This is what I came up with:
5 rounds for time:
Sprint down and back 2 levels of the parking garage
10 KB clean and press (25lbs rd 1, 35lbs rd.2, 40lbs. rd 3,4,5)
15 KB goblet squats (40lbs rds.1-5)
20 KB swings (40lbs rds. 1-5, russain swings 2rds, amercian swings 3 rds.)
25 KB pass thrus (40lbs rds.1-5)
My Time: 27:14
This was the first time I've done any significant lifts using my R shoulder with the 40lb'er. I could definately feel it on the clean and presses and swings. This WOD was much harder than I anticipated and I found myself gassed and jogging on rnds 4 and 5 vs sprinting. I had to break up movements on rnds 3-5 as well. I definately got my money's worth on this one!
