I've been going strong for the last two months only missing a few WODs here and there. My programming consists of 6 Crossfit WODs in a row and 1 day off for three months and then I drop back to 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off for three months. I've put on 5 lbs of muscle over the last 6 months and have been able to keep it on. My legs , torso, and shoulders are definately bigger. I've also been doing a lot of chipper type Navy Seal WODs the past 8 weeks that take me between 20 - 30 minutes to finish. Some have been down right brutal, but good mental training for finishing things that I dont like very much. I've also been getting a lot of compliments on my appearance the last month from people I dont even know that walk up to me and tell me that I look great. I'm not used to that kind of attention. I cant wait to see what the extra lbs are going to bring in August on the shorter more traditional Crossfit WODs that I have up my sleeve. Until then, I'm going to just take in all the good energy and strength that I have given myself and the positive energy from those around me and see what happens just like the "prima donna" below!
