We are doing Tribe memeber WODs this month as part of the mix. Tonight was a really creative, hard workout.

3 rounds
20 double unders
15 hang squat cleans (rds 1&2 -- 75lbs, rd. 3---65lbs)
10 inverted burpees
10 pistols (5 each leg)
