Sunday Crossfit WOD "John"

My good friend John has been working out with me at the football field for well over a year. Today we did his WOD. Super fun!

"John"
Start out with 100 rope jumps or 50 double unders. Choose one set of DBs and go for it!
5 rounds:
5 DB deadlifts
5 DB power cleans
5 DB push press
5 DB front squats
After the 5 rounds crank out another set of 50 double unders or 100 rope jumps!
My time: 9:16 using 20lb DBs.
