This WOD was created by "Steve's Club", an inner city Crossfit affiliate for kids/teens in Camden, New Jersy. These kids know how to put together a real ass kicker. I havent done OH squats in awhile.
"Gratitude"
3 rounds for time
20 OH squats (wmns rx 65lbs)
20 wall ball (I used 15lb ball)
My Time: 7:21
My form was not perfect, but I had a great group of Tribe members coaching me every rep. I rushed a few reps and I also had issues with fatigue ... not locking out my shoulders and core. Wall ball was yucky as it usually is but I managed to get those over with. Overall, I felt good about this WOD.
