AMRAP in 20 minutes
400 meter run
10 push ups
15 ab mat sit ups
20 air squats
My Score: I completed 5 rounds and was on round 6's run when the clock ran out. I realized that I had forgot to do my pushups in round 5 and therefore gave myself a 1 round penalty. So I completed 4 perfect rounds tonight each round was unbroken (yay!)
