"Kelly" was the very first Crossfit WOD I did on my own out at O'Henry Middle School back in Sept. 2008. Today I was a bit tired and slightly dehydrated so this was not my best performance. I think the hardest part during this workout is sometime during round 3 when it dawns on you that you still have 2 more rounds to go. Those 30 wall balls each round break you down mentally!
