Tribe Kids Rule!
Leila is one of our Tribe kids who is currently training with Marathon Kids. This morning she showed up with her own honorary Tribe member WOD. She asked me to take a look at it for approval. "Great workout" I said and gave her two thumbs up. As you can see from the photo she has a 3 round workout with a nice mix of functional movements. She also took the time to illustrate each one. I espeicially like how she organized the workout with small check boxes so she could check off each set of reps. I think we should add "Leila" to the Tribe's library and do it with her in October. Great job James for teaching your daughter that exercise is not only good for you, but it can actually be really fun! If you can't read her workout, here is what she put together..

3 rounds for time
30 sungle rope jumps
30 one legged balance steps (I think these are sort of like pistols)
20 jumping jacks
10 air squats
1 lap around the track
Bernie sent photos in of her and her daughter Paidia doing a mom and daughter WOD while on vacation this summer. Kids make great loads and can give you quite a workout all while enjoying being outside and together.
These kids are being taught that exercise is a part of everyday living. Keep up the great parenting
