I spent Saturday making Bulgarian sandbags for my Tribe. Today we did our first sandbag WOD where every person had their own bag (woot!). These things are awesome and will provide many challenging functional movement workouts in the future.
For Time:

sandbag thrusters (my sandbag weighs 31.5lbs)
burpees

400 meter sandbag carry/run when you are done with the rep scheme.

Bonus:
Squat holds (1 min., 45sec., and 30 sec.) x 3 with 1 minute rest in between
