Tonight's workout was down right awful in a good kinda way. I struggled with burning lungs, a high heart rate, and cussing in my head. My sandbag whipped my ass and made me walk a few times on the last round. Doesnt that sound like fun? Well it's only fun when you share the pain with a kick ass group of like minded people like my Tribe. Here is what we did.

20 SDLHP with KB or DB
20 jumping lunges (I did jumping air squats)
20 burpees
400 meter sandbag carry/run
