Crossfit WOD Sunday

Rx = teams of 2

300 pull ups
400 push ups
500 sit ups
600 air squats

We did it as a group of 7 and finished in just over 20 minutes. My shoulders were sore from yesterday so I was glad we did this one as a group! It still broke down to each person doing about 40 + pull ups and push ups  followed by 70 sit ups and 100 air squats. Great weather too!
