I did a total of 6600 sit ups in a month. My abs were only slightly sore within 1 hour after doing them and never sore the next day. The 1000 sit ups took 1:06:28 to do yesterday and I didnt feel sore today prior to the Burpree Mile. Here are my best side by sides. It doesnt look like anything has changed. My conclusion: Lots of sit-ups does not give you a six pack..proper diet, functional movement executed at high intensity, and genetics do!
