Today is usually my scheduled rest day, but I couldnt resist this workout. Myriam, Annnie and Barbara came out to join me which made it even more fun. When doing the clean and jerks, the rules are to touch and go with no re-grips or setting the barbell down or you owe yourself 5 burpees.

15 clean and jerks (I used a 75lb barbell)
400 meter sandbag carry/run (31lb sandbag)
12 clean and jerks
400 meter sandbag carry/run
9 clean and jerks
400 meter sandbag carry
My Time: 11:50 (no fouls)
I named my sandbag today. "Sandy" is her new name and boy was she hard to run with. I found myself walking twice on runs #2 and #3 since my heart rate was so jacked up from the unbroken lifts. This workout is super fun!
Off to do my 400 sit ups!
