Sit-Ups Challenge - We Are Almost Finished!!


For those of you who are doing this challenge with me know how hard it is mentally to get behind. I got behind by 200 sit ups Tuesday night which meant I had to make them up last night along with my daily 400 (600 total). I got them done after an evening with friends. It was almost midnight when I finished. Jada my little cat was NOT amused having to stay up late. Today after my Turkey Tabata WOD, I came home and just got all 400 done so that I didnt have to do them after all the food and alcohol I'm going to be ingesting this evening. I plan to do the challenge finale (1000 sit ups) on Saturday after the Tribe's WOD. If its sunny, I will have someone take a picture of my abs to answer the question does a lot of AB mat sit ups give you more defined abs or is it simply genes and healthy eating habits? You all can be the judge. If anyone wants to submit their "before" and "after" photos I'll be happy to post them.

We are almost done people DO NOT QUIT NOW!!!!!
