Sit Ups Challenge Week 3 - Recap

I did well M-W doing 150 sit ups in the morning and then another 150 in the evening after my scheduled Crossfit WOD. Thursday and Friday I missed so I had to make them up today. When I returned from the workout this morning, I poured myself a fresh cup of coffee, turned on one of my favorite classical pieces "Silver Ladders" by American composer Joan Tower. This piece is the perfect background music for the task at hand. I took 1 minute breaks to sip my coffee, focus, and go again. I am happy to report that I have made up my sit ups (900) and will knock out tomorrow's 300 as planned. Week 4 will be a REAL challenge since it falls on the holiday week.
