500 yard swim under 12min 30 sec

Note: I chose the sidestroke and I can only do it on one side since I've never really practiced being good at it. My triceps were killing me, so I tried tostay calm and take long gliding strokes and not be tempted to stop. I did it "unbroken". I was pretty happy about that since I am not a swimmer by any means and havent been in a pool for over a year.
Complete a minumum of 42 unbroken military push ups in 2 minutes

Not unbroken. I SUCK at push ups. I think I got about 25 unbroken before I had to hold myself in plank to crank out the rest. My arms were smoked from the swim. I paid for it here!
Complete a minimum of 50 sit ups in 2 minutes

Complete a minimum of 6 deadhang pull ups (no time limit)
Miss Bs Results: 8
Notes: I struggled on #7 and changed to a reverse grip to get #8.
Complete a 1.5 mile run under 11 min 30 seconds

Notes: I thought I wasn't going to make this one, but I was sure happy that I did . Woot!
