100 meter shuttle run
instep to pigeon

WOD #2
8 rounds (I tapped out at 235lbs)
3x deadlift
3x peanut

WOD #3
6 rounds
5x DB curl to press (20lbs, 25lbs)
2x dead hang pull ups
3x all the way down

WOD #4
6 rounds ( I completed 4 rounds
double eagle (35lb pale, 2 35lb KBs)

Taking a rest day tomorrow. I'm spent!
