Wednesday - Atomic Workout

WOD #1
Warm Up
4 rounds
3 x Curtis Ps (45lb)
10 x push ups
10 x sit ups
3 x mantis stretch

WOD #2
8 rounds
3x push press , increase weight (I tapped out at 120lbs)
3/3/3 peanut stretch

WOD#3
6 rounds
4x squat clean, increase weight ( I tapped out at 120lbs)
rope climb (I did all my climbs and descents without using my legs)
pigeon stretch

WOD#4
6 rounds
8x split squats (each leg, 20lbs)
3x seated prisoner box jump
5 x Y and L stretch (no weight)

My push press needed some fixing as well as my squat cleans. Coach Todd worked with me giving me tips so that I could be successful at both of these lifts. Practice, practice and more practice, I say!
